Why Earthquake will do good for Kathmandu

Contrary to what many people hope for not happening, I want an earthquake to occur in Kathmandu. And the sooner it comes the better.

The destruction that occurred during the earthquake to Patan Dubar Square around the Taleju Bell

To defend I take a line from a popular song which goes on to say
"Destruction leads to a very rough road but it also breeds creation"

Kathmandu as we know it has grown out to become a unmanaged, disorganized and congested city with self centered society.

Someone may come up with good and practical proposal to manage Kathmandu but in reality there is a little chance that any of them will work. One way or other, Kathmandu will continue to grow in the way it is growing today.

In this dire situation, I believe an earthquake will do more good to Kathmandu than bad.
Kathmandu lies in a seismic zone (it is said) and a large earthquake are inevitable here. But the more lately it comes, more difficult it will be to manage.

So I assume that only an earthquake can open people eyes and only then the perspective of people will change.
Yes rebuilding will be difficult, but just like London was got organized after the great fire and just like Japan prospered after the devastation of world war, earthquake will bring better changes and better life
