This is my Architectural Thesis titled 'IT Hub-A complete IT Office and Technological park at Sallaghari, Bhaktapur'. There is nothing so special about it but hopefully it could be useful as an resources for someone  pursuing thesis on the same topic.  So here it is without any outlines or anything at your own risk.

When this was done in around 2007 when we had about 10 hours of load shedding a day. And I did this on a Pentium 4 desktop, windows XP system running AutoCAD 2004 and sketchup 6 😇 . Not to forget lots of Pulchowk Hostel fun.
